Refund policy

Customers may return or exchange eligible orders within 30-days of the items ship or purchase date (whichever is later). Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unwashed/unused with the original tags and labels affixed. Return item(s) must be in the mail by 5:00 P.M. CST of the 30th day to fall within the time frame. Return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before any refund is processed.

A valid Huntsville City FC order confirmation or receipt must be provided for ANY return or exchange. Credit Card statements are not accepted as a valid proof-of-purchase. 

 

Customers cannot return or exchange any customized, clearance, final-sale, event-specific or promotional products.  

 

Return or exchange options: 

  • In Person: Customers wishing to return at our physical stores at Wick's Family Field, at Joe Davis Stadium, may do so on qualifying pop up shop days and at all home matches. For a listing of hours and locations visit, 
  • Online: Customer’s wishing to return or exchange an order must email info@huntsvillecityfc.com to initiate the process.


It is the responsibility of the customer to cover fees associated with returns and exchanges including, but not limited to: shipping, handling and restocking.

 

It may take up to 10 business days to receive and process a return. Once processed, the refund can take up to 10 business days to reflect on an account statement. Customers will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.

 

Orders shipped outside of the United States are not eligible for returns. The following items cannot be returned: memorabilia, customized items, clearance, final-sale, and event-specific.

 

If items are returned after our 30-day return window, we will not be able to accept the return and will donate the merchandise to a charity of our choice. Return item(s) must be in the mail by 5:00 P.M. CST of the 30th day to fall within the return time frame.
