Shipping policy
Shipping prices are determined by the shipping location, the quantity of items ordered, the shipping method selected at checkout, as well as the type of item(s) ordered. Shipping prices and services are subject to change at the discretion of Huntsville City FC.
In-stock orders are processed within 7 days of receipt, excluding holidays. Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock. Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation (if an email is provided), and then another email upon the time of shipping. Shipment tracking information will be shared when applicable.
Huntsville City FC and its’ representatives are not responsible for 3rd party carrier delays.
International Orders may be subject to customs duty taxes and fees. Huntsville City FC is not responsible for extra customs fees, duties, or taxes.
If a package is unclaimed or returned to the sender, Huntsville City FC will make commercially reasonable efforts to contact the customer and hold the package for a reasonable period of time not to exceed 30 days. If the club is unable to contact the customer or does not receive payment of the Return Fee, if any, during that time, then the club may destroy the order or donate it to a charity of the club’s choice. Huntsville City FC is not responsible for fees to re-ship any orders.
